Indulge in The Chef’s Experience, Park Plaza’s signature culinary series, where wine and cuisine unite in an evening of refined flavor and welcoming atmosphere. This month, we’re proud to feature Rombauer Vineyards for an exclusive, multi-course dinner.

Doors open at 5:00 PM for a relaxed cocktail hour, with the evening officially beginning at 6:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 5:50pm to ensure a prompt start.

Reception Pour:
Begin the night with a refreshing glass of Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc, 2023

First Course
White Asparagus & Morel Mushroom Tart – goat cheese, crispy leeks, frisée, citrus
Paired with Rombauer Carneros Chardonnay, 2023

Second Course
Pan Seared Black Cod – sun choke purée, spring succotash, blood orange butter
Paired with Rombauer California Zinfandel, 2022 & El Dorado Zinfandel, [vintage TBA]

Third Course
Iberico Pork – braised greens, black pepper spätzle, cherry BBQ glaze
Paired with Rombauer Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2023

Fourth Course
Blueberry Panna Cotta – lemon shortbread cookie, berry compote

Tickets: $110 + tax & 20% gratuity ($22)
