ALCOHOL Shipping Policy. $50 minimum purchase and $20 Flat Rate Shipping
You must be 21 years or older and have a shipping address within the state of Arizona to have alcohol shipped to your address. We do not ship any alcohol outside the state of Arizona. No Exceptions. A 21+ year old Adult MUST be present to sign for and receive the package.
Delivery Time Frames
Alcohol items will be shipped Mondays and Wednesdays and will usually be delivered in 1 day to an Arizona address once the shipper confirms receipt of package.
Tobacco Shipping Policy. $50 minimum purchase and $5 Flat Rate Shipping
You must be 21 years or older to purchase tobacco. A 21+ year old Adult MUST be present to sign for and receive the package.
If purchasing both Alcohol and Tobacco in the same order the higher Alcohol shipping rate prevails.
Return Policy
Our goal is that all our customers are happy with their orders from the time the order is placed until it arrives in the customers hands.
If you need to return an item please Contact us at ADMIN@PPLDAZ.COM with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. For non defective items or mis orders a 10% restocking fee applies
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
