An Evening of Elegance and Sophistication with St. Innocent Winery at Park Plaza Liquor and Deli

Join us on Thursday, May 16th, at 6pm for an exclusive wine pairing dinner in our private dining room, the "Glassroom", at Park Plaza Liquor and Deli. We are thrilled to feature the esteemed St. Innocent Winery from the Willamette Valley in Oregon, celebrated for their exquisite Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Your Culinary Voyage:

• Reception: Begin your evening with a welcoming glass of Crémant Rosé, Freedom Hill Vineyard, 2019, setting the stage for the night's refined palette.

• First Course: Savor the harmony of a Chardonnay, Freedom Hill Vineyard, 2019, alongside a fresh Panzanella with heirloom tomatoes, grilled peaches, burrata, and a Calabrian chili vinaigrette.

• Second Course: Delight in the crispness of a Pinot Blanc, Freedom Hill Vineyard, 2022, paired with our Spring Pea Tortellini, a blend of ricotta, prosciutto de parma, and a parmesan brodo, accented with mint.

• Third Course: Experience the depth of a Pinot Noir, Shea Vineyard, 2019 and Pinot Noir, Temperance Hill Vineyard, 2019, with our Pink Peppercorn Crusted Prime NY Striploin, complemented by truffle and chive gratin, roasted cipollini, and a mushroom brandy sauce.

• Fourth Course: Conclude your evening on a sweet note with our Southern Sweet Orange Biscuit, enriched with macerated Harry‘s berries and an orange sabayon.

The menu, curated by our in-house team of Executive Chef Rick Garcia and Chef Bobby Bauder, promises an unforgettable blend of local flavors and international sophistication.

Special Guest: Mark Vlossak, Owner and Winemaker of St. Innocent Winery, will guide you through each pairing, sharing insights into the winery's history, methods, and the unique profiles of each wine.
