Join us for a remarkable evening of food and wine as we feature Merkin Vineyards, along with select pours from Four Eight Wineworks and Caduceus Cellars, all part of the Merkin family of wines. This expertly curated four-course pairing dinner showcases the artistry of both winemaking and cuisine, crafted by our in-house Executive Chef Rick Garcia.

First Course
Asparagus, Shiitake Mushroom & Goat Cheese Tart

Sugar-crusted phyllo dough, poached pear, chocolate ganache, raspberry, and Chantilly cream

A Merkin Vineyards Brand Ambassador will be present to discuss the wines, share insights into the winemaking process, and answer questions. (Please note: Maynard James Keenan will not be attending.)
