Join us for an extraordinary evening of bold flavors and expertly prepared dishes featuring K4 Copper State Reserve, Arizona’s premier ranch-to-table beef. This four-course dining experience showcases the finest cuts from K4, thoughtfully crafted into a luxurious menu by Executive Chef Rick Garcia.

Kick Off the Evening with Cocktail Hour

We’re opening our doors at 5:00 PM for those who’d like to arrive early and enjoy a drink before dinner begins. Relax, sip on your favorite beverage, and ease into the evening before we start promptly at 6:00 PM.

First Course
Prime Tenderloin Beef Tartare – Brioche toast points, quail egg, Meyer lemon, Osetra caviar

Second Course
Oxtail Pappardelle – Oven-roasted tomatoes, ramps, purple baby artichoke, fresh Parmesan, butter & herb sauce

Third Course
Herb-Crusted Ribeye & Marrow-Crusted Rib Cap – Fondant potatoes, spring vegetable ragù, chimichurri sauce

Fourth Course
Tallow Sweet Biscuit – Apricot jam, salted caramel tallow ice cream

Enhance Your Evening

For those looking to elevate their dining experience, we will be offering a wine pairing upgrade, available per course or as a complete package featuring carefully curated selections to complement each dish.

Additionally, a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and mocktails will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Special Guest Appearance

We are honored to welcome Rick Kieckhefer, owner of K4 Copper State Reserve, who will be joining us for the evening to share insights about K4’s commitment to high-quality, locally raised beef and the rich ranching heritage behind every cut.

We can accommodate allergies, but not dietary preferences. Due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to offer a vegetarian option.

$100 per person + tax & 20% auto gratuity
Seating is limited. Tickets must be purchased in full to reserve seats. Non-refundable. Available in-store and online. Online price includes tax and gratuity.
Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes early for a prompt 6:00 PM start.
