Join us for an unforgettable evening in this unique sake and small bite pairing dinner. "East Meets Feast" is a journey through the delicate and bold flavors of expertly prepared dishes, perfectly paired with premium sake selections. This event is ideal for sake enthusiasts and those looking to learn more about this traditional Japanese beverage.

Our in-house culinary team, Executive Chef Rick Garcia and Chef Bobby Bauder, have crafted a delectable menu to complement the sake selections.

Menu & Pairings:

• Reception Sake: “Rhythmic Droplets”, Junmai Sparkling Sake Tamayura
• First Course: Crab Rangoon with sweet chili sauce
  • Paired with: “Master’s Pride”, Junmai Daiginjo Kura
• Second Course: Gochujang Pork Belly with fried rice
  • Paired with: “Old Mountain”, Housui Yamahai Jikomi Tokubetsu Junmai
• Intermezzo (no food pairing): “Devil’s Mask”, Sochu Namahage
• Third Course: Beef Potstickers with ponzu sauce
  • Paired with: “Moon Ring”, Tokubetsu Junmai Tsukinow
• Fourth Course: Miso Chocolate Sesame Tart
  • Paired with: “Barrel Aged”, Taru Sake

Event Details:

• Price: $45 + tax and a 20% auto gratuity ($9).  Online price includes tax and gratuity for a grand total of $57.76.
  Tickets must be purchased in full to reserve a seat. Available both in-store and online. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
• Casual & Educational: Learn more about the art of sake from Jason from Quail Distributing, who will give an informative digital presentation during the dinner.
