Carreno Ensamble 7-Joven Artesanal Mezcal 750ml

Mezcal Carreño Ensamble 7 is a unique ensamble produced by Aureliano Hernandez using seven species of maguey: Espadín, Tobalá, Tobasiche, Tepeztate, Coyote, Lumbre, and Cuishe. These seven wild agaves represent the seven sisters of the Carreño family. The agaves are evenly weighed out to have a balance of flavor. Then cooked together in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, open-air fermented in pine vats, and double distilled in copper stills. Ensamble 7 is both complex and delicate with hints of pineapple.
