The standard 2BAR Bourbon has a smooth and rich texture and is characterized by wonderful notes of butterscotch, vanilla, and honey with subtle hints of dark chocolate and cherry.

This special edition of 2BAR Bourbon is an Amaretto Finished Single Barrel. In this version, the bourbon is finished in Amaretto barrels. This process is a form of secondary aging where the whiskey is transferred to a barrel that previously held another spirit (in this case, Amaretto) to acquire some of the flavors of that spirit. The resulting product is a bourbon that carries the unique characteristics of the 2BAR brand, with an additional layer of complexity from the Amaretto finish​.
