Piper Sonoma Brut Rosé is fresh and fragrant, with inviting aromas of just-picked berries, a soft texture, and a delicate dry finish. Sonomas long growing season, with hot days and cool nights, allows for fruit to ripe fully while preserving excellent acid balance. The fruit is harvested by hand in small containers and whole clusters are pressed to bring out pure aromas and flavors.

Tasting notes

Primarily composed of Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir and some Pinot Blanc, our Brut Rosé has aromas of freshly picked berries, tangerine and guava. The palate is bursting with red fruits and citrus, with a zippy acidity and a long finish. This fresh and vibrant sparkling wine pairs marvelously with salmon ceviche and duck.
