Crafted at The Shed Distillery, PJ used medieval copper pot stills in a quest to fuse eastern botanicals, fruits and herbs with local Irish plants. The result of his passionate exploration was Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin – as unique, extraordinary and remarkable as the elusive creature pictured on the label, the Drumshanbo Jackalope.
